Investing in the Foundation is open to any owner or manager (or their designated representative) of sole proprietorships, associations, corporations, partnerships, trust, estates, or governmental entities with trade area or principal address within the Town of Prescott Valley and, where applicable, a current business licenses to operate within the Town of Prescott Valley; or any individual whose principal residence is within the Town of Prescott Valley.

Prescott Valley Economic Development Foundation’s mission is “To enrich the overall economy of the community and the quality of life for our citizens.” We need your help to accomplish this. Your interest and support is a worthwhile community investment that we truly value.

Your investment enables us to continue business attraction efforts, focused on bringing ‘base’ jobs to our community. Base jobs are those that bring new monies into the area, e.g. manufacturing, distribution, value-added industries, etc. Each base job also typically attracts retail business and generates additional sales/service jobs. The spend-able income from all of these jobs provide increased sales tax that, then, is used to improve the services and amenities we all enjoy. At the same time, it increases the market base for existing businesses. An added benefit is the improved labor market derived from household relocations from other areas, due to Prescott Valley being able to offer more quality jobs.
