In Prescott Valley, the medical community provides a wide complement
of health care services including primary care physicians, specialty
health care providers, dentists, optometrists, and chiropractors.
Family care and occupational medical services are available
seven days a week at the Prescott Valley Primary & Urgent
Care Clinic. Yavapai Regional Medical Center East (YRMC) in
Prescott Valley, provides a 24-hour Emergency Room and Intensive
and Cardiac Care Units.

Yavapai Regional Medical Center East is a new regional
hospital built on 37 acres that encompasses the outpatient
center in Prescott Valley. The state-of-the-art care provided
by YRMC East in Prescott Valley includes: 24-hour emergency
care; an intensive care unit; surgical suites; labor and
delivery rooms; laboratory, imaging and outpatient services;
and a dedicated helicopter and helipad. YRMC has been
providing services in Prescott Valley since 1983 and,
in 1997, opened the YRMC
Del E. Webb Outpatient Center on Windsong Drive. This
facility currently houses Pulmonary and Cardiac Rehabilitation,
X-ray, Lab, Hospice, and Home Health Care Services.

West Yavapai Guidance Clinic
is a private, not-for-profit community mental health
center providing a wide range of services for the residents
of Prescott Valley and its neighboring communities.
Established in 1966; employs 260 in various programs,
e.g. 24-hour crisis intervention, for adults and children;
Children and family services, including three staff
child psychiatrists; The County’s only inpatient, psychiatric
stabilization unit and residential drug treatment program
for publicly funded clients (in nearby Prescott); Outpatient
drug and alcohol addiction treatment; Vocational rehabilitation
services for individuals with disabilities; Psychiatry
and case management for individuals with serious mental
illness; Housing programs, both long-term residential
and supervised transitional.

The Prescott Valley Primary &
Urgent Care Clinic, 3051 N. Windsong Drive, Prescott
Valley, offers physician services in Family Practice,
Internal Medicine and Pediatrics by appointment. Urgent
care clinic only staffed with physicians: 8:00 a.m.
- 6:00 p.m. weekdays; 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday;
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sunday. For local employers: complete
services for the injured worker, pre-employment and
DOT physicals; X-ray is also staffed seven days a week.

The Northern
Arizona Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NAVAHCS)
center is 10 minutes from Prescott Valley and has 150
beds and a 60-bed VA nursing home care unit. Info and
assistance for Veterans can be found at MyHealtheVet
and the Department of Veterans
Affairs websites. A website for The NAVAHCS is currently
being developed and will be linked to as soon as it’s
available.

The Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is designed solely for the provision of specialized rehabilitative care, and is the only freestanding acute rehabilitation hospital serving all of Central and Northern Arizona. The facility’s unique design fosters a comfortable and responsive environment for our patients. Our hospital provides rehabilitative services for patients with functional deficits as a result of debilitating illnesses, or injuries. Through our inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs, we help patients recover quickly and return home with a renewed sense of self-sufficiency.
